RankMac provides digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, web development, and app development. All services are subject to availability and the terms of individual service agreements.
Payment for services is due as per the agreed schedule in your service agreement. Monthly retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to pause services if payments are overdue by more than 7 days.
As digital marketing services involve significant upfront work and ongoing effort, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will work to resolve any issues.
While we use proven strategies and make every effort to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors including competition, market conditions, and algorithm changes.
All creative work, strategies, and content created by RankMac remain the property of RankMac until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except for tools and frameworks we use internally.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not share your business strategies, data, or performance metrics with third parties without your consent.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all work completed up to that point is billable. Any unpaid invoices become immediately due.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
